Accessibility statement.

Accessibility is a constraint of the Charter, not a feature of the product. If a part of the site doesn’t meet that standard for you, please tell us.

Our target

This website targets WCAG 2.2 AA across every page and AAA on the contact form and any other form we ship. Product surfaces — the LP Account application, the partner-org workspace, the OutPosts member surface — target the same level, plus AAA on benefits, documents, and care-decision flows. The bar is published in Article IV of the Charter.

How we test

  • Automated: axe-core on every route in CI. Zero violations is a merge gate.
  • Manual: keyboard-only navigation, screen-reader passes (VoiceOver on macOS, NVDA on Windows), at 200% zoom, on a 320 px viewport.
  • User research: we co-design with community members and case managers who use assistive technology day-to-day.

Where we are today

The website at zion-pbc.com passes axe-core with zero violations on all routes as of the date below. Manual screen-reader audit on the home page and contact form: complete. Outstanding items — translations, video captions, additional language coverage — are tracked publicly.

Reporting an issue

If a part of this site is hard to use with your tools, please email accessibility at zion-pbc dot com. We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to fix or document the issue within 14 days, depending on scope. We will not ask you to use a different device.
